RAY SCHOOL

Music Notes
A Ray School Instrumental Concert, including Band and String instruments, will be held on Thursday, June 5, at 12:30, in the Music Room.

Today was the last sing-along of the year - it was a full house!  Second graders, we will miss your beautiful voices but we will look forward to hearing you in next year's third grade chorus!
A HUGE thank you to Cam Cross, Melissa Herman and Anne Downey for their help in playing for and leading sing-along.  Their musical knowledge and skill as well as their enthusiastic leadership is deeply appreciated!

Last Day of School - RAY SCHOOL ONLY
The last day of school for this school year is Friday, June 20.  School will be dismissed at 12:00 noon.  Please make a note of this on your calendar.  If you have children in other Hanover schools, please contact that school directly to inquire about dismissal time. It is different.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found items are displayed in the hall outside the Ray Cafe.  Please tell your children to look for lost items.  All items left at the end of the school day on June 20 will be donated to The Haven.

From Ray Cafe
1.   Please check with your child to see if he/she has received an unpaid balance notice from the Ray Cafe.   It is especially important that all accounts for current 5th grade students be paid up prior to the end of the school year.

On Thursday, June 12, a second choice will be added to the menu.  In addition to Pork Sloppy Joes, a Turkey Wrap will be offered.

On Thursday, June 19, salads will not be available as a menu choice.

Reminder from Parent Handbook
Unless the entire class is included, private birthday party invitations may not be given out at school, and parents are encouraged not to hold parties beginning directly after school.

From the Nurses Office
Reminder to pick up your child’s medications(s) - Medications that have been brought to school for administration should be picked up by Friday afternoon, June 20.  Medications not picked up by the close of school that day will be discarded as medications are not to be stored over the summer.
